  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I always reside in my Parsonage house, and Serve my Cure myself - here is no Lecturer.

  2. Other benefices: It is the Unhappiness of my family that no other Benefice but this small one has fallen to my lot.

  3. Divine service at other churches: When I had the honour of waiting on your Lordship, I thought it my duty to Acquaint you, that I served the Church of Dunchideock with my own, by permission of the late Bishop; And your Lordship was also pleased to allow it.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is performed, with a Sermon, every Sunday on part of the day (viz one Sunday in the morning, and the next in the afternoon) the other part of the day being devoted to the Service of Dunchideock.

  5. Frequency of communion: Five times in the year, viz at Easter, Whitsuntide, the first Sunday in August, Michaelmas, and Christmas and there are commonly about eight or ten Communicants.

  6. Catechising of children: Frequently at this Season of the year, but under no fixed rule.

  7. Church fabric: My Church and Chancel are in good repair, (excepting a little pointing wanting on the Chancel, which I intend to give it) and the Church yard is properly kept. I have all things decent for divine Service.

  8. Glebe terrier: There are two Terriers in the Register's office.

  9. Number of families: There are but Eleven families, exclusive of my own, in my Parish; and they consist of about fifty Souls.

  10. Chapels: Here is no Chapel.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: No reputed Papist, or Dissenter of any Denomination.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: No School, Alms-house, or other charitable Endowment - no parochial Library.

  13. Charity: We have no Lands or Tenements, or other Benefactions for any pious or charitable Uses.

    Priest's orders and institution: My Letter of Priest's Orders bears date the 23d day of September 1744. My Collation, the 14th day of June 1759.
